“Sometimes in life, we go through very tough times, and we start losing hope from others. We may stop trying, yet we still expect people to come to us and help us, blaming our fate.”

Just recently, I came across Cristiano Ronaldo’s interview about the story of his success. He mentioned his struggles during his younger days, recalling how he cleaned the streets of his hometown. He felt like his life would pass him by, like a fisherman in his hometown.

There was a McDonald’s near where he lived, and he would go there every night, knocking on the back door and asking, ‘Hey! Is there any burgers left?’ Two women were working there, and they secretly gave him some leftover burgers.

In this way, everyone, including you and me, struggles in our lives. Helping each other can take us far, but what’s important is to knock on the door and reach out for help.

What the majority of people do is, they won’t ask for help because they fear that others will think they are weak or judge them. However, when you ask for help, there are only two possible
